Follow these simple steps to place an order:
Select an image(s) from the View Artwork section. Make a note of the reference(s) e.g. C1 and the size required e.g. Small £45. If you require a panel etc in a different size to those offered, please do ask, something may be possible.
Email me at mail@janinepartington.co.uk with your request, including the reference, size and price of requested item(s).
I generally reply to a request within 48 hours and will let you know when I can get your order made by. All my work is made to order and therefore I state a general delivery time of three weeks, although most orders are filled quicker. If you require a piece quickly I can usually oblige.
Frequently asked questions answered:
- How do you deliver my order and how much will it cost?
Jewellery, sculptures, clocks and small panels are generally sent out by 1st class post unless otherwise agreed/advised. Larger panels or orders with more than one larger item are sent by Parcelforce48. Postage is free in the UK, a charge is made on deliveries outside the UK – this will vary depending on order, it’s size and weight. - Can you send my purchase to a third party if it is a gift?
Yes, I can, and I will gift-wrap it at no extra charge. Please note that all jewellery comes in a gift box as standard. I will also send a gift card, so don’t forget to include a message to put on it e.g. Dear Lou, Happy 40th, Love Claire and Rowan. - How and when do I pay?
Generally, I invoice you, the buyer, and send this with your order (unless being sent as a gift). Payment is due only on your receipt of the order. Payment by cheque or bank transfer is preferred and payment details can be found on the invoice. - Why do you not have a shopping cart facility?
The thing I like about attending fairs and selling directly to my customers is meeting them face to face. Taking orders by email or over the phone means that, hopefully, you feel like a relationship is built up and I get to learn a bit about you and the stories behind your purchases. It feels a lot less soulless to me.
